Backrow Spining Room
Indoor cycling has become one of the fastest growing forms of exercise over the last few years and the Backrow’s dedicated cycling facility on the Tobermore Road is the perfect location for your cycling workout.
Spinning is a group class set to music which involves a variety of movements and speeds with spinners sometimes sitting and other times standing on the pedals. A trained instructor guides spinners through work out phases.
The varied routines are great for all abilities with the spinner controlling the resistance on the bike making the pedalling as difficult or easy as they choose.
Classes are 45 minutes long for more information or to book a bike contact Nicole on 028 7962 8113.
Handball is fast becoming an increasingly popular sport in Northern Ireland. Players use their hands to hit a small rubber ball against a wall so that it bounces off in such a way that their opponent cannot return it.
To book the handball facilities at the Backrow contact the centre on 028 7962 7800 or The Workspace Group on 028 7962 8113.
