The Workspace Group awards £25,000 to Draperstown Celtic FC towards new 3G pitch

We are delighted to announce that the Workspace Group has awarded £25,000 to Draperstown Celtic FC from the Workspace Capital Grant Fund towards the development of a new multisport 3G pitch at their Cahore Park complex.
Draperstown Celtic are the first recipients of this new grant which has been established by Workspace to support voluntary and community groups operating within the Ballinascreen, Desertmartin and Kilcronaghan areas to help provide or improve facilities for the benefit of the community within these parishes.
Draperstown Celtic’s ambitious project will benefit schools, youth clubs and other sporting, voluntary and community organisations in the local community.
We wish them all the best with their continuing fundraising efforts and look forward to the opening of their new 3G pitch in the next few months.
