Biggest Loser 8-week Challenge
Our new Biggest Loser Challenge starts on Monday 5th October – Do you have what it takes to be the next Biggest Loser?
Registration Fee is £100
Participants can attend a minimum of 3 classes per week from the new Autumn Timetable. The classes we recommend are Total Tone (Mondays 8-9pm), Spin (Tuesdays 7-8pm) and Box Fit (Fridays 8-9pm).
- Week by week diet/healthy eating plan
- Open to males and females of all fitness abilities (over 18s only)
- Become the Workspace Recreation Centre’s Biggest Loser and win your registration fee back again!
Classes are delivered by Kevin McSorley.
Registration packs can be collected from the Workspace Recreation Centre or the Workspace office.
