Biggest Loser Challenge

Have you overindulged over the festive period, feeling sluggish and want to get back in shape? Or maybe this is your year for getting fit? Our Biggest Loser challenge starts on Monday 18th January for 8 weeks! Suitable for all fitness abilities participants (over 18s only):
- Will attend 3 dedicated Biggest Loser exercises classes per week (Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays 6-7pm in the Workspace Recreation Centre)
- Can give themselves an extra fitness boost by attending any of the other fitness classes which take place at the Workspace Recreation Centre/Spinning Room
- Be given weekly diet/healthy eating plans
- Are weighed regularly to chart progress
The participant who loses the biggest percentage of their body and will be named our Biggest Loser and will win their registration fee back again.
The dedicated Biggest Loser exercise classes are tailored to suit all fitness abilities and will include a mixture of body weight exercises, circuit training, core, body pump, kettlebells and cardio. All classes are aimed at working the full body to develop strength and stamina, increases lung capacity and encourage weight loss, body fat burning and muscle toning.
