Workspace Community Fund – The closing date for the current round of applications is Friday 1st of May.

The Workspace Community Fund is currently open for applications

The Workspace Community Fund is currently open for applications from Community and Voluntary groups from the Magherafelt area to help fund projects and activities which will help improve the quality of life and well-being of local residents.

To date, the Workspace Community Fund has awarded grants totalling nearly £54,000 to over 150 local Community & Voluntary groups.

WCF Young at Heart group 3

Termoneeny Community Association used a grant from the Workspace Community Fund to provide a range of activities for the elderly, visually impaired and disabled members of their Young at Heart Group.

InVOLve Training Room photo 1

InVOLve were awarded a grant from the Workspace Community Fund to purchase equipment required to help facilitate training to the local community and also accommodate meeting space for local groups.

WCF Shopmobility

Shopmobility Magherafelt were able to purchase batteries for their mobility scooters using a grant from the Workspace Community Fund enabling better access to the shops in Meadowlane shopping centre for those who needed it.

Workspace Community Fund STEPS Group

Our local STEPS Mental Health Group used a grant from the Workspace Community Fund to run an information and relaxation evening for local women.
